I love this beautiful furniture/art piece from Designer Asa Karner of Alvi Design.
Formed from a series of planar surfaces that act as a back and rest, the Alvisilkchair is a playful and original take on seating. As Experimenta aptly points out, the designer's inspiration for this lightweight, ethereal chair comes directly from wooden looms, making it a celebration of one of Sweden's famed traditional crafts.
